Since 1990, Darpel & Associates Builders, Inc. has focused on custom residential and light commercial projects in the Allegan County Lakeshore area. Led by co-founders and partners Steve Darpel & Mark Schrock, our staff has a diverse background of construction experience, with each employee bringing a range of skills to our projects. Our principal carpenters have been working with one another since the early 1980's, and their knowledge has helped to create a new generation of craftsmen.

Darpel and Associates offers a full turnkey construction service, including computer aided design and general management in new construction, remodeling, and renovation. In addition, we have a custom wood working shop to create cabinets, doors, handrails, and other unique pieces that we incorporate into our projects. Darpel & Associates works with a select group of subcontractors, to create a consistent chemistry that is reflected in our projects.
